Llewellyn Steyn is an Industrial Engineer with a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering (Specialising in Operations Research). He has led large-scale warehouse designs, inventory optimisation projects, and route efficiency initiatives. With a strong background in operations research, he develops data-driven solutions that enhance supply chain performance and automation.
Cobi Smit
Co-Founder
Cobi Smit is an Industrial Engineer with a Master's Degree in Computer Science. Cobi is an expert in logistics automation and data analytics with 13 years' experience. He specialises in leveraging data-driven insights to optimise supply chains, automate operations, and enhance decision-making. With advanced programming and analytics skills, he transforms complex challenges into efficient, high-performance solutions.
Alexander Lymar
Industrial Engineer
Alexander Lymar is an Industrial Engineering graduate from the University of Pretoria, focused on improving operational workflows and process efficiency. With practical experience in Business Intelligence, he uses data-driven insights to streamline performance and support strategic decision-making.
Norman Meyer
Software Engineer
Norman Meyer is a Computer Engineering graduate from the University of Pretoria with experience in developing robust, production-level software. His strong engineering background enables him to tackle complex technical challenges and contribute to building efficient, scalable solutions.
Ryan Coetzer
Industrial Engineer
Ryan Coetzer is an Industrial Engineer from the North-West University. Throughout his career, he has developed a unique ability to take a holistic view of problems, allowing him to identify and implement solutions that benefit all parties involved. This skill has been essential in his success in various supply chain roles, where he has had the opportunity to work in different functions and develop a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
Elzaan Espach
Industrial Engineer
Elzaan Espach is an Industrial Engineer from the University of Pretoria. She works in our manufacturing team to help companies with manufacturing operations improve their planning processes, better understand their capacity and unlocks strategic value through capacity planning and supply chain visibility. She also helps deliver quality supply chain visibility solutions through Power BI.
Dylan Schmidt
Computer Engineer
Dylan Schmidt is part of our software engineering and algorithms team. Drawing on industry experience and a solid foundation in Computer Engineering, he applies first-principles thinking to create clean, scalable solutions. Dylan helps both with our internal software development efforts as well as our custom software development.
Jans Steenkamp
Industrial Engineer
Jans Steenkamp is an Industrial Engineer from the University of Pretoria. Jans is a simulation modelling expert and is part of our manufacturing team that helps companies improve their planning processes, better understand their capacity and unlock strategic value through supply chain visibility. Jans has built simulation models for some of the largest mining companies in South Africa.
