Analyze and compare VRP scenario performance using comprehensive analytics dashboards with detailed metrics, charts, and comparison tools.

Overview

The VRP Analytics tab provides comprehensive analysis tools to evaluate the performance of your Vehicle Routing Problem scenarios. It offers three main views: Project Analytics for overall project insights, Scenario Analytics for detailed individual scenario analysis, and Scenario Comparison for side-by-side performance evaluation.

How to Access

  1. Navigate to your project
  2. Click on the "VRP" tab in the project navigation
  3. Click the "Analytics" button in the VRP interface
  4. The analytics dashboard will load with your completed scenarios

The Project Analytics view provides an overview of all your VRP scenarios with key performance metrics:

Scenario Comparison Table

The scenario comparison table shows detailed metrics for each scenario:

  • Scenario Name: Name and creation date of each scenario
  • Depots: Depot IDs used in each scenario (displayed as badges)
  • Routes: Total number of routes generated
  • Distance: Total distance covered by all routes
  • Cost: Total cost of the scenario
  • Utilization: Average vehicle utilization percentage
  • Cost/km: Cost efficiency metric
  • Actions: "View Details" button to drill down to scenario analytics

Best Scenarios

The best scenarios section highlights top performers in different categories:

  • Lowest Cost: Scenario with the minimum total cost
  • Lowest Distance: Scenario with the shortest total distance
  • Highest Utilization: Scenario with the best vehicle utilization
  • Most Efficient: Scenario with the best cost per kilometer ratio

  • Summary Metrics: Total routes, stops, distance, cost, and load information
  • Route Performance: Average distance, cost, and stops per route
  • Route Utilization: Detailed utilization analysis for each route
  • Route Type Analysis: Performance breakdown by vehicle type
  • Load Distribution: Pickup and delivery load analysis
  • Efficiency Metrics: Cost per km, cost per stop, and time window compliance

The comparison view provides:
