We’re looking for a driven and talented Industrial Engineer to join us as part of our growing team at Meado.io. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with us, learn quickly, and help deliver quality services to our customers.
Our process it very transparent. We want to make sure that you are a good fit for the role and the company, and we want to make sure that you are comfortable with the process.
By email, to a person. We don't use AI to filter through CV's. Each one is carefully read by a meado Employee. Tell us which role and what you want to work on. Please don't use AI in the writing of your CV. A short paragraph in your own words is worth more to us than a page of AI generated content.
Before any type of formal assessment, we'll have a conversation to get to know you better and discuss the role. We learn what you are interested in, how you function within a team, and what your interests and hobbies are. You get to learn more about the company, our culture, and the work we do. This is a two-way conversation, and we want to make sure that you are a good fit for the role and the company.
The interview typically lasts around 30 minutes. We discuss things like what you have built, and give you an honest description of the work here so you can decide whether it is what you want. We are more interested in getting to know how you approach a problem rather than looking for a textbook answer.
We know, you have things to do. We usually get back within a week or two if we think you're a good fit. You get the offer and you either agree, or we discuss what would make it work for you.
